In the 70s and 80s, ELCO entered the renewable energy market intensively, introducing the first vacuum solar tube on the market, ASTRON, and a full range of air and brine heat pumps, as well as domestic hot water heat pumps. The MT series followed in 1982, the first fully integrated boiler, followed by ULTRON, the first modulating gas condensing boiler, in 1994. Today, ELCO has one of the best gas condensing ranges on the market in terms of efficiency, emissions and robustness. The result is achieved across our entire premium boiler range, thanks to the protected heat exchanger concept made of stainless steel, the HEX3. Starting from 2.0 kW for domestic applications, up to 2 MW boilers for industrial applications. NOx emissions are on average 60% lower than the current EU limits. THISION & TRIGON L PLUS have set a new standard for commercial gas condensing boilers in the medium output range. The AEROTOP SG is a high-performance heat pump (A+++), which was specially developed for outdoor installation. Design, compactness and noise emissions were the decisive criteria for a concept that has been successful to date.
