The headquarters of ELCO GmbH is located in the European City of Hechingen at the foot of the Swabian Alb, Germany. In addition to the customer and training centre and the laboratory, all important administrative functions and the management are based here. The central service centre coordinates the more than 300 service technicians throughout Germany, who are on hand day and night to provide first-class customer service for the heating systems supplied.

The Swiss headquarters in Vilters, Canton St. Gallen, is the administrative centre of ELCO Switzerland and the central hub for spare parts. The 370 service technicians and 75 sales representatives in the ELCO Switzerland regions receive regular training in Vilters.
The four centres in Winterthur, Aarburg, Puidoux and Bedano are the regional bases for service and sales in Switzerland. From here, we operate the densest service network in Switzerland, with over 400 professionals.

ELCO Austria GmbH is headquartered in Leobersdorf, in the district of Baden in Lower Austria. The location is favoured by the good company infrastructure and the convenient location on the A2 motorway and the proximity to Vienna.
With the sales and training centre, ELCO also offers you a dense service network with over 45 service specialists in Austria, and with it the good feeling of being able to rely on ELCO completely at all times.
