STRATON® L.2

Power 31 kW to 108 kW

With the new generation of STRATON® L.2 oil condensing boilers, ELCO has also perfected the particularly efficient condensing technology for the output range of 31-108 kW. All components that come into contact with heating gas or condensate are made of high-quality stainless steel, which means that operation is possible without restrictions on return temperature, flow rate or burner low load. Thanks to the very high condensation with hydroformed swirl tubes, an efficiency of over 103 % is achieved. The STRATON® L.2 impresses with its price-performance ratio and maximum flexibility.

Ideal for renovations

Renovation in old buildings is cost-effective, as only a plastic or stainless steel pipe is pulled into the existing chimney to discharge the flue gases. Integration into an existing system is guaranteed in the simplest possible way thanks to the existing hydraulic connections. Thanks to the low boiler resistance, the primary energy requirement can be reduced by using efficient pumps. Pleasingly long running times and excellent condensation behaviour are made possible by the large water content and fully variable operation.

Low emissions and silence

The 3-pass design of the STRATON® L and the water-cooled combustion chamber offer ideal conditions for low-emission and efficient operation. The second return connection on the STRATON® L guarantees the best possible return temperature at all times for several heating circuits with different system temperatures and therefore optimum utilisation of the calorific value. Thanks to the two-stage operating mode, the burner saves energy and power; the STRATON® L.2, in particular all models with VECTRON BLUE VD, is very quiet thanks to the large heat exchanger surface and the speed-controlled fan.

Wide range of applications

The wide range of output sizes from 31 kW to 108 kW covers all requirements in apartment blocks and commercial properties. The two-stage blue flame burners with speed-controlled fan ensure maximum energy efficiency with low pollutant emissions.

Accessories

Hydraulic connection group

Up to three DN32 pumps can be installed directly on the boiler via a connection group and connected with plug-in cable connections. For more heating circuits or larger pumps, distribution manifolds are available for wall mounting.

Control accessories

If there are more than two heating circuits, the control function of the LOGON G2Z2 is extended using wall-mounted controllers. A room temperature sensor for control optimisation also enables convenient operation of the controller from the living room.

Sound-absorbing bonnet and structure-borne sound-absorbing boiler substructure

The operating noise of the already quiet STRATON® L.2 can be further reduced by a sound-absorbing boiler substructure and a customised sound-absorbing bonnet.

External air supply

An external air supply is easy to realise using a burner intake snorkel.

Neutralisation device

The neutralisation box specially developed for oil condensing boilers ensures environmentally friendly disposal of the condensate produced.
