Easy installation
All models are designed to fit through standard doors with a width of 76 cm. The gas condensing boiler is supplied with transport wheels for easy manoeuvring at the installation site.
Intelligent modular concept
All TRIGON® XL gas condensing boilers can be dismantled for easy installation at the installation site. This also makes it easy to install the boiler in buildings with restricted access.
Equipped for the future: H2-ready
The gas condensing boiler is already suitable and certified for operation with up to 20% hydrogen and biomethane.

It is offering superb heat transfer and constant high efficiencies of up to 110% furing its entire lifecycle. Stainless steel laser welded fin tubes made by advanced robot laser welding technology minimise heat losses between tube and fin. This guarantees the highest possible heat transfer from the extended heat exchanger surface vs. plain tubes.
The watercooled cold flame burner and the optimised combustion zone achieve extremely low NOx and CO emissions, which already comply with NOx class 6 requirements.
By combining the unique premix-burner/heat exchanger system with the optimised controls, TRIGON® XL provides impressive lifetime high efficiencies of up to 110 %.
Advanced robot laser welded technology minimises heat losses between tube and fin, guaranteeing superb heat transfer from the extended heat exchanger surface.
A carefully engineered hydroforming process fixes the cooling tubes inside the sidewalls, providing the highest possible thermal output.
With TRIGON® XL’s smart modular concept the boiler can be disassembled for easy on site handling. This also allows the boiler to be easily installed into buildings with restricted access. In combination with its lightweight construction the boiler fits perfectly into rooftop installations.

The range comprises 7 models with 2 widths which are designed to pass through standard 760 mm wide doors.
The inspection glass and ignition electrode can be fitted on either side of the boiler, allowing a more flexible boiler positioning on site.
An integrated flue gas damper and rear flue connection provides an installer-friendly arrangement.
TRIGON® XL’s stunning flexibility sets a new standard for commercial applications. A 8 bar maximum water pressure and 30 K flow/return temperature differential allows easy integration in complex systems, both in single and cascade applications.
The TRIGON® XL boiler range comprises 7 models in outputs from 150 kW to 570 kW.
With an 8 bar maximum water pressure, the TRIGON® XL boiler is compatible with higher buildings without the need for hydraulic system separation. Plus, a 30 K flow/return temperature differential allows easier integration with district heating systems while maintaining optimum efficiency.
By utilizing low water content technology, the boiler can be easily installed on a rooftop – while also delivering superb response times and reduced running costs.

Hydraulic system separation by means of a diverter valve or plate heat exchanger
Plate heat exchangers and valves for separating the heating hydraulics into boiler circuit and consumer circuit. This allows the system to be adapted to local requirements - whether for new builds or renovations (e.g. special water quality requirements) - and optimum energy utilisation to be achieved.
Extensive range of control accessories
An extensive range of control accessories is available for a wide variety of applications, e.g. expansion to include additional heating zones, integration of solar energy, system separation or integration into building management systems and other useful functions.
