Optimised combustion zones!

By managing specific zones with contrasting requirements, a maximum energy yield can be achieved with extremely low emissions. In zone 1, temperatures rise to over 1,000°C, making NOx formation almost impossible. Thanks to a fast flow and a rapid temperature drop, flue gas temperatures are kept above 600°C, enabling optimal CO formation. Condensation and transfer of the remaining flue gas energy occurs at around 56°C in zone 3.
