Maximum condensation performance and boiler efficiency

Maximum condensation performance is achieved thanks to the return flow of the low-temperature heating circuit into the lower (coldest) part of the boiler and the fitting of the third flue gas pass with special flue gas turbulators - which cause increased turbulence in the flue gases, so that the entire flue gas touches the cold heating surface. All this leads to boiler efficiencies close to the physical optimum (98 % according to the upper calorific value and 104 % according to the lower calorific value).

Optimised hydraulic concept and small installation space

With the STRATON® XL, all hydraulic connections are located at the top of the boiler to save space. For optimum hydraulic integration, the STRATON® XL has two return connections for the separate integration of high and low temperature heating circuits. Heating circuits with high return temperatures (hot water preparation, fan heaters) are integrated via the high temperature connection. In order to achieve a small footprint (between 1.1 and 2.0 m²), the flame tube and the second and third flue gas pipes are also arranged one above the other. This enables easy installation through a standard 800 mm wide door.
